Amazon Web Services Outage

Resolvido

AWS and BlackBoard have resolved these issues. All services are now operational.

CSU IT is currently aware of an ongoing issue with Amazon Web Services that is affecting the following components within BlackBoard:

• Inline Preview for Safe Assign
• Remote Proctor Now
• eBooks
• Pearson Labs

BlackBoard and Amazon are working to resolve these issues and we will provide an update once these components are restored and in service. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
