This morning, we implemented an update to our login system to improve performance and security. As a result, some users may encounter issues when trying to log in—especially if accessing the site through old bookmarks or saved pages.

If you are experiencing login problems, please follow these steps:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
  2. Go directly to the login page by typing the URL into your browser (instead of using a saved link) mycsu.columbiasouthern.edu
  3. Log in as you normally would

If you still cannot login, please contact the Helpdesk.
