Microsoft anticipates full mitigation within the next four hours as they continue to recover nodes. This means they expect recovery to happen by 06:30PM CDT. We continue to monitor and will provide any additional updates as they become available.

Microsoft have initiated the deployment of their last known good configuration, which is expected to complete within 30 minutes. We do not yet have an ETA for full mitigation, but we will provide another update within 30 minutes, once the deployment has completed.

Microsoft has initiated the deployment of their ‘last known good’ configuration. This is expected to be fully deployed in about 30 minutes from which point we will start to see initial signs of recovery. Once this is completed, the next stage is to start to recover nodes while Microsoft routes traffic through these healthy nodes.

Starting at approximately 11:00AM CDT, Microsoft began experiencing DNS issues resulting in availability degradation of some services, including Entra authentication, Office365, Outlook, Intune, and the MS Azure Portal. They have taken action that is expected to address the portal access issues shortly. We will provide additional updates hourly or as quickly as they are received if sooner.

We are currently experiencing intermittent delays with our authentication services that are causing login failures for both the Student Portal and Blackboard. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we investigate this issue.
